Cleanearth is looking for suitable sites to invest in large Commercial Solar and Wind projects. This is a unique opportunity for land owners to generate an excellent, long term income.
Criteria
For Wind Turbine sites;
- 300m radius from any residential property, excluding your own
- 50m radius from any hedgerows
- Proximity to an electrical connection (1 mile or less – 3phase preferred)
For 50kW to 500kW Solar Photovoltaic sites;
- 0.25 – 10 acres of land free of shade – partially shaded land may be acceptable.
- Proximity to an electrical connection (1mile or less – 3phase preferred)
- Land grade 3-5 is ideal
- Flat fields are ideal as they are often less visible and are less prone to planning objections
For 500kW to 5MW Solar Photovoltaic sites;
- 10 -40 acres of land free of shade – partially shaded land may be acceptable.
- Proximity to an electrical connection (1mile or less – 3phase preferred)
- Land grade 3-5 is ideal
- Flat fields are ideal as they are often less visible and are less prone to planning objections
